Day to Day Itineray
Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International or Arusha Airport, meet your expert guide for a comfortable drive to Arusha. Settle into a preferred hotel or lodge chosen for your itinerary, and unwind from your journey.
Day 2: Arusha – Serengeti National Park & Hot Air Balloon Safari
Wake up early to embark on your balloon safari! A pre-dawn start is required to reach the launch site, where you’ll watch as the balloon is prepared. As you ascend, witness the sunrise bathing the plains in golden light, with wildlife sightings possible even from above. The pilot will navigate at varying altitudes, offering sweeping views of Serengeti’s landscapes and, if lucky, close-up glimpses of animals moving through the grasslands below. The one-hour flight culminates with a celebratory toast and a hearty bush breakfast.
Afterward, join a game drive through the Seronera area of the Serengeti, where you may encounter lions, cheetahs, and other iconic animals. Return to a selected lodge or camp for a delightful dinner and rest.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater
Enjoy a morning game drive to see the Serengeti’s teeming wildlife one last time, then depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. En route, stop at the historic Olduvai Gorge to explore the fascinating archaeological site where some of the earliest human fossils were discovered. Continue to a lodge in Ngorongoro for dinner and a restful night.

Day 4: Full Day Ngorongoro Crater Safari
Today, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site and home to over 25,000 large mammals. The Crater offers breathtaking scenery, with a landscape that hosts elephants, lions, hyenas, zebras, and the elusive black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the Crater floor, soaking in the remarkable surroundings before an afternoon ascent back to your lodge for a relaxed evening.

Day 5: Ngorongoro – Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, set off for Lake Manyara National Park, renowned for its rich birdlife and tree-climbing lions. Lake Manyara has over 400 recorded bird species and is an incredible destination for wildlife enthusiasts and photographers alike. Return to your preferred lodge for dinner and a peaceful night.

Day 6: Tarangire National Park and Return to Arusha
Depart early for Tarangire National Park, known for its iconic baobab trees and large elephant herds.
