Day to Day Itineray
Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Your safari adventure kicks off with a morning departure from Arusha, heading south to the iconic Tarangire National Park. As you arrive, a picnic lunch sets the tone for the day’s exploration. Tarangire is famously known as the “Elephant Playground”, where herds of up to 300 elephants roam freely. Alongside these majestic giants, you’ll encounter buffalo, lions, zebras, wildebeests, and the park’s unique wildlife residents, including the striking gerenuk and fringe-eared oryx.
The shores of Lake Burungi attract a vibrant variety of bird species, with stunning sightings like giant kingfishers, hoopoes, and the quirky white-bellied go-away bird. This vast landscape, framed by towering baobabs, rolling savannah, and acacia woodlands, makes for a perfect wildlife experience. After an exciting day of game drives, you’ll retreat to your lodge for a relaxing evening and a delicious dinner.

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After a hearty breakfast, we head to Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its rare tree-climbing lions. Beyond these iconic cats, the park offers sightings of large herds of elephants, hippos, buffalo, and the graceful giraffes wandering through the acacia woodlands.
Bird enthusiasts will enjoy the spectacle of flamingos painting the shores of Lake Manyara in vivid pink hues. With over 400 bird species documented, this park is a true haven for birdwatchers. After a day filled with memorable encounters, we head to your lodge for dinner and a restful night.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater – Return to Arusha
On the final day, we descend into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, often dubbed the “Eighth Wonder of the World”. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is the largest unbroken volcanic caldera, harboring an array of wildlife, including the Big Five: elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, and the rare black rhino.
The lush crater floor supports more than 25,000 large animals year-round, creating an extraordinary game-viewing experience. You’ll also see hippos, hyenas, jackals, and the local Maasai people who coexist with the wildlife in this unique conservation area. After a morning of game drives and a picnic lunch within the crater, we journey back to Arusha, completing your unforgettable Tanzanian safari.
